Completely Bounced Terms & Conditions.

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve. Mobile discos, PA Hire, are not included in this offer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is strictly for the use of members of the general public and cannot be offered to Agency's, Cross Hires or any third party. All our hires are based on weather permitting basis therefore Completely Bounced has the right to refuse bookings or cancel a hire at any time. This offer is subject to equipment availability, set-up times, and collection times are limited.

All our exclusive offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount vouchers that have been obtained. For more information on our website offers please click on the page.

Deposits

When making a Booking, a deposit is required to hold the item.

All deposits are non-refundable, but we do give you the right to re-schedule your hire for another date should it rain.

Delivery:

We deliver to local areas for free, but please ask at the time of booking.

Some areas not local may encounter a small delivery charge.

Set Up & Collection:

All our prices include free set up and collection.

Participant Behaviour:

It is at our discretion as the supplier as to whether or not the hire should be closed down for reasons, such as:

The participants are acting in an abusive or aggressive manner

The participants are under or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

The conditions are proving to be too dangerous

The participants are not adhering to the safety instructions

Should this happen then the full total balance by the named client on the contract or confirmation letter.

Face Painting:

Completely Bounced will not allow any persons to participate on any of the inflatable activities who has had their face painted, as it stains and damages equipment.

If we find any face paints have marked or stained our equipment, the client named on the contract or confirmation letter will be charged a cleaning fee.

Public Liability Insurance:

Completely Bounced carries Public Liability Insurance of five million pounds.

This covers us for public buildings & private venues.

Completely Bounced will not be responsible for any additional cost incurred to enable us to perform at the venue such as.

Additional Insurance cover.
Entertainment or performing licences.
Any independent testing of our equipment.

Weather permitting:

All hires that take place outside are booked on a "weather permitting" basis. This means, if it is raining or very windy on the day of your hire and it is deemed unsafe for us to set-up, Completely Bounced has the right to refuse set-up. If it is bad weather, it is your responsibility to contact us on the day, to re-schedule or make alternative arrangements ( It may be possible for us to set-up inside) Any deposit paid is non-refundable, thought it can be transferred to another date of your choice within 3 months of the original booking date. (Providing the equipment is available.)

Traffic Hold Ups:

Whilst we make every effort to arrive at the agreed set-up and pick up times, there are obvious obstacles that are out of our control, ie: accidents or problems with our delivery vans. If we experience delays in reaching you for whatever reason, a Completely bounced team member will contact you (on the number that you have provided) as soon as we realise we could experience problems.

The Venue:

if for any reason we think the venue/environment is not safe or appropriate for the inflatable to be set-up, Completely Bounced has the right to refuse to continue with the hire, ie: sharp objects are apparent or the ground is unsuitable. The ground must be reasonably level. Please Note: that it is your responsibility to make sure that your garden or venue is large enough to house the item booked (the safe set-up size of the inflatable are the dimensions required NOT the size of the inflatable/item itself). If we arrive to set-up the item ordered and it doesn't fit in the garden/venue or the ground is not apprpriate, full payment is still due. If in doubt, please check our website or call for advice.

Power Source:

All equipment can be run from a household 13amp socket (which can reach up to 20 Metres, please contact us to let us know if we are likely to need this length of cable). If however there is access to electric, we can provide generators. we cannot use a generator supplied by someone else and do not have them on our delivery vans unless ordered before your hire date.

Payment:

Full payment is due on the day, at the time of set-up. Any unpaid/returned funds from payment of any kind to ourselves carries a £25 charge. non payment of hire will automatically be passed over to a debt collection agency and further costs will be incurred.

Cancellations & Deposits:

Any cancellations must be received in writing at least five working days before event date otherwise you will be liable for paying the total hire fee as shown on your contract or confirmation letter. All monies and deposits that have been paid are non refundable when cancelling any bookings.

Agreement:

Once you have placed a booking with us, you have agreed to all our terms and conditions. It is an agreement between us, Completely Bounced and you, the named client on your contract or confirmation letter, so unless a written cancellation is received five working days before your event date you are liable for all costs on your contract in full.

Financial Settlement:

The balance or full payment shown on your contract is to be paid in full to us when equipment is set-up and ready to use. Compltely bounced will not allow anyone to use any equipment without payment in full. Failure to do so will result in the equipment being closed down and removed from the venue or site.
All cheques made payable to: Completely Bounced.
A charge of £25 will be made in the event of any funds not cleared.
